Sensory analysis: brilliant amber in color;
delicate odor of the Moscato; sweet and pleasant flavor.
Qualifications: when the wine has a minimum alcohol
level of 17.5ø, it can be described as Vino Naturalmente
Dolce. Whenever they feature great finesse in flavor and
scent and a minimum sugar level of 23.5ø and when they
have been aged one year, the Moscato Passito di
Pantelleria and Moscato Passito Liquoroso wines can be
described as Extra.

Types: the "Liquoroso" type is made from wine with
an alcohol level of 21.5ø and must be aged for one year.
Varieties: Picolit, 90%, with the possibility of
adding other white-grape varieties authorized by the DOC,
10%.
