This particular Vin Santo is made by selected
dried up grapes left on the hurdle until winter and then
let ferment in special oak kegs. It comes from the old
Tuscana and some other near region . Thanks to it's
scent and flavour extremely aromatic and intense it's
best served with every confectionery.
